Whiskey Down Diner (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates whiskeydowndiner.com. This policy explains what information passes through this website, who handles it, and what choices you have. It applies to this website only. Ordering, payment and gift cards happen on Toast’s platform under Toast’s own policy.

If you send us an email or call the number listed on this site, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, contact details and the substance of your message. We keep it only as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation.

If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect the email address you enter and any name you provide. That list is held by our email service provider, and every message we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server information when a page is requested: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, referring page, and a timestamp. This is ordinary server logging used to keep the site running, secure and reasonably fast.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, roughly where they are, and whether they arrived from a search engine or a link. It sets cookies to tell one visit from another. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share what it collects.
